We believe that you should have full and total confidence that the product you are purchasing is of high quality and will meet your expectations.  SHOeTAIL promise to deliver goods exactly as you see them in the pictures.  We use the latest photography technology to give superior colour outputs that match the actual product as best possible.  Some products are made of leathers such as "waxy leather" and "crazyhorse leather".  These types of material can vary in shade by their very nature and all efforts to explain this will be made where appropriate.

Every pair is inspected before dispatch to ensure there are no apparent faults on the product.  We aim for every product dispatched to you to arrive in a perfect and pristine condition.

Confidence in Price

NOBODY likes being ripped off!  We have a clear policy here.  Find the same product cheaper on another website (including p&p) and we will match the price. 

All we ask is that you inform us before you purchase the product by email.  Send your email to info@shoetail.com.  In your email, stipulate the URL of the website where you have found the product.

IF for any reason, we cannot match the price, we will refund your payment in full.  No hard feelings!
